Tony Garges

Director, Finance & Administration


As Head of Finance & Administration, Tony partners with TransCelerate’s executive leadership team and the Board of Directors for strategic financial planning and to ensure long-term financial sustainability.  Since joining in 2014, Tony has managed all aspects of TransCelerate’s budgeting, accounting, and financial controls and processes.  In addition, he leads all procurement and contracting activity while partnering with the initiative’s leadership to oversee relationships with third-party suppliers.  Tony also has accountability for administrative functions within TransCelerate, including IT management, facilities management, and human resources activities.

Tony has 10 years of experience in various financial roles including financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and accounting.  Tony graduated from Moravian College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and from Saint Joseph’s University with a Master of Business Administration with a finance concentration.
