A: There are two components to TransCelerate membership – a monetary component (dues) and an FTE commitment. TransCelerate has three membership tiers, based on a member’s global R&D budget. Those tiers inform dues and FTE commitment for each member. Annual dues are determined and approved by the board of directors. The FTE commitment is central to the TransCelerate mission, as the contribution of member company talent enables delivery of our portfolio.
About TransCelerate Initiatives
A: TransCelerate’s Comparator Network establishes a reliable, rapid platform for Network members to buy comparator drugs from other companies participating in the Network. To join the Comparator Network, your company must be a TransCelerate member, meet certain eligibility criteria, be approved by current members, and sign the network agreement. Part of the eligibility criteria includes commitment to reciprocal information exchange (i.e., members are expected to contribute information).
Note: TransCelerate members are expected to contribute to initiatives beyond the Comparator Network, even if the Comparator Network is a member’s primary initiative of interest.
A: To join a TransCelerate data sharing project, your company must be a TransCelerate member, sign the relevant data sharing agreement (and meet its conditions), data processing agreement, and the second-tier user agreement.
Note: TransCelerate members are expected to contribute to initiatives beyond clinical data sharing, even if clinical data sharing is a member’s primary initiative of interest.
